As of 4th January, Kong Sai Martial Arts is a full member of Andrew Morrells

Cobra Martial Arts Association. This is a great opportunity for all here at Kong Sai Martial Arts.

Free Beginners Lessons

In association with Adult Learning and South Tyneside Council starting Thursday 26th January

at 5:30 pm there will be free beginners lessons for 26 weeks held at Primrose C.A.

The lessons are aimed at both adults aswell as children and the opportunity for families to get involved in an activity together consisting of Tradional Kung Fu, Fitness and Self Defence.

North East Open June 2006

Congratulations to Brian Owsnett in gaining 3rd place in the Semi-Contact division.

Also Leon Atkinson who fought in his first tournament in the under 80 Kg Light Continuous.

Northern Karate Black Belt Grading November 18th

An excellent turnout once again with some 70 - 80 children in the first session followed by 30 - 40 adults. All were put through their paces after the initial warm up followed by a number of hand & kick blocks from the Kong Sai syllabus. The day was concluded by a number of Dave Jenkinson's students taking their 1st, 2nd or 3rd Dan.
